From what I remember, masks are tricky with hygiene and all. You'd probably need to check their policy, but I think once opened, it's a no-go for return due to 'hygiene reasons', unless there's a defect. That's usually the case with medical stuff like that.

I returned some filters once, that was easy. For a mask though, I'd double check their FAQ. Most places don't take back personal use items like that, especially after opening. Good luck!

They have 'aanbieding' or 'korting' sometimes for Inogen, usually if you buy a bundle with accessories. Not often just for the unit itself, I think. Might get a newsletter code, but those are rare.
